FISH TACOS!!! Nothing fancy or overdone, just tortillas with crispy fish, shredded cabbage, mild salsa and a tangy cream sauce. Plain and simple, a great melody of flavor, nothing overpowers and covers up. A squirt of lime gives that extra zip. Served with chips and pinto beans.
